perfect location room layout helpful staff genuine kindness

the location was perfect as it made it easy to get around. the hotel is beautiful and the room layout is well thought out. the staff were extraordinary and super helpful. they came across as genuine and friendly and i will stay here again.

the room facilities are outdated and did not correspond to the price i paid.

the breakfast featured italian, western, and chinese options with amazing flavors. the location is convenient for travel and movement. duty-free shops and department stores are adjacent.

the mattress was fantastic to sleep on and provided great comfort. the rooms are newer in the executive towers and offer a more modern experience. rooms are well-decorated with convenient layouts.

I stayed here for several nights. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a wide selection of different cuisines. Its location is in the middle of Myeongdong so it is VERY convenient.

The lobby felt hectic and busy like Grand Central. I was struggling with suitcases, but none of the staff offered to help. The rooms were TINY. I was shocked. Paper vouchers were given instead of a welcome drink.

The room included two sinks. The rainfall shower was GREAT!!! The hotel gave easy access to the subway. The hotel also connects to a large department store. The store had a food court, offering many local cuisines.

The hotel lobby had NO seating.
